Who we are

Instant Bouquet (“we”, “us”, “the platform”) operates a website and related tools that let you browse flower arrangements and place an order. An independent florist (“florist”, “partner”) prepares and delivers that order. We are a mediator only. The contract for the flowers and the delivery is between you and the florist who accepts the order.

We do not own the flowers, we do not employ the person who delivers them, and we do not control how a bouquet is made. Product photos, names, and descriptions are provided for browsing. The finished arrangement can differ in flower type, colour, size, and wrapping because florists use what is fresh that day.

Using the platform

You must be able to enter into a contract and you must give a real delivery address, a reachable phone number, and a correct recipient name. Orders placed with a wrong address, a wrong phone number, or a recipient who refuses the delivery are still treated as fulfilled once the florist has made a reasonable attempt.

You are responsible for keeping your account login private. Guest checkout uses the phone number you enter. We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders that look fraudulent, abusive, or impossible to deliver.

Prices and payment

The price you see is the amount you pay to place the order through the platform. It can include the arrangement, a delivery charge, and a platform fee. Taxes, if any, are included or shown before you pay. A florist’s own wholesale or selling price is not shown to you and is not your concern.

Paying on the platform does not make Instant Bouquet the seller of the flowers. We collect the payment so the order can be passed to a florist. We may hold, split, or settle that money with the florist under our separate arrangement with them. That arrangement does not create any extra duty to you.

Orders are estimates

Any time shown on the site is an estimate based on your location and the nearest florist we can see at that moment. It is not a promise, a guarantee, or a “within 15 minutes” service. Traffic, weather, shop hours, stock, preparation, and the recipient’s availability all change the real time.

If no florist covers your pin, or the nearest florist is closed, we may be unable to fulfil the order. Placing an order does not force a florist to accept it.

What we are not responsible for

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Instant Bouquet is not liable for the quality, freshness, scent, allergies, appearance, substitutions, delay, non-delivery, wrong delivery, damaged wrapping, or any other act or omission of a florist, a delivery person, a payment provider, or any other third party.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, missed events, hurt feelings, or a gift that arrives late for a birthday, funeral, anniversary, or any other occasion. If a law does not allow a complete exclusion, our total liability to you for a claim about an order is limited to the platform fee we actually retained on that order, or INR 500, whichever is lower.

Nothing on this site is a warranty. Flowers are perishable. You accept that risk when you order.

Florist side of the platform

Florists are independent businesses. They choose whether to accept an order, what flowers to use, and how to deliver. A florist’s failure is not our failure. Complaints about the arrangement should be raised quickly, with photos, and we may pass them to the florist. We are not obliged to refund, replace, or compensate you.

Changes

We can change these terms, the catalogue, fees, and the areas we show as serviceable at any time. The version on the site when you place an order applies to that order. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
