Delivery policy

Who delivers
Delivery is performed by the independent florist assigned to the order, or by someone that florist uses. Instant Bouquet does not run a delivery fleet and does not promise that a particular person, vehicle, or route will be used.
Time on the site
The time shown after you set a location is calculated from the distance to the nearest florist that covers that pin, plus preparation time and a buffer. It is an estimate to help you decide. It is not a guaranteed slot, not a 15-minute promise, and not a reason for a refund if the order takes longer.
Same-day fulfilment depends on a florist being open, in range, and willing to accept the order. Closed shops, rain, traffic, strikes, festivals, and out-of-stock flowers can all add time or stop the order.
Address and handover
You must give a complete address that a person can find, including a landmark and a working phone number. Delivery to a gate, reception, or neighbour counts as delivery if the recipient is not available. We are not responsible for flowers left where you asked them to be left.
Someone at the address must be available to receive perishable goods. Re-attempts are up to the florist and may be refused.
Area
We only pass orders toward florists whose saved delivery area covers the pin you gave. If your location is outside every florist’s area, the order may not be accepted. Showing a city name on the site does not mean every address in that city can be served.
