Instant Bouquet is an intermediary marketplace. We introduce a customer to an independent florist and provide the pages, cart, and order record used to pass that request on. We are not the seller, not the manufacturer, not the florist, and not the delivery company.
Under these terms, a florist is solely responsible for the flowers, the substitutions, the packing, the handover, and compliance with any local licence or tax duty that applies to their own business. Our role ends at operating the platform and, where we do so, collecting payment so it can be settled with the florist.
No guarantee of outcome
We do not guarantee acceptance of an order, stock, a delivery time, a specific flower variety, or that the recipient will be happy. Event dates you care about are your responsibility. Order early enough for your own plans. A late gift is not our loss to pay for.
Allergies: flowers, pollen, and greenery can cause reactions. You are responsible for telling us about an allergy in the order note. Even then, a florist may not be able to exclude every allergen, and we accept no liability for reactions.

Catalogue text, prices, and timings can be wrong or out of date. A product stays available only while it is active and a customer price has been set. We can remove products, florists, or areas without notice.
To the extent the law allows, the platform is provided “as is”. We exclude warranties of fitness for a particular gift, occasion, or result.
