Refund and cancellation policy
Last updated: 26 September 2026
Perishable goods
Flowers are perishable and are made for a particular recipient. Because Instant Bouquet is only the mediator, a refund is not automatic and is not a right under these terms. Any refund, if we choose to ask the florist or to pass one on, is a goodwill step, not an admission that we sold the flowers or that we were at fault.
Cancellation
You should contact us immediately if you want to cancel. Once a florist has accepted the order or started preparing it, cancellation may be refused in full. We are not obliged to stop a florist, and we are not liable if the flowers are still delivered.
If you entered the wrong address or the recipient is unavailable, that is not a failed order by the platform or the florist.
Quality complaints
If you believe an arrangement was not delivered, write to us the same day with the order number and clear photos. Late complaints can be refused. A difference from the website photo, a reasonable flower substitution, or wilting after delivery is not a defect we must refund.
We may refuse a refund where the florist reports a successful delivery, where the complaint is about taste or personal preference, or where we cannot verify the claim. Chargebacks and payment disputes do not shift responsibility for the flowers onto Instant Bouquet.
How a refund would be sent
If a refund is approved, it is sent to the original payment method when that is possible. Banks and wallets control how long that takes. We are not liable for that delay.
