What we collect

We collect the details you type in: name, phone number, email if you create an account, delivery address, map pin, and order notes such as a gift message. We also store order contents, payment status, and the florist assigned on our side. Customers are not shown which florist fulfilled the order.

The site stores your chosen location in the session so delivery estimates and nearby catalogue results can be calculated. Server logs may include IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

Why we use it

We use this information to show products, estimate a delivery window, pass an order to a florist, contact you about that order, and keep basic accounts and records. We do not sell your personal information. A florist receives the delivery details they need to complete an order you placed. That sharing is part of using the platform.

Payment data is handled by the payment method you use. We do not ask you to store full card numbers on this website.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounts, disputes, and legal duties. You can ask us to close an account. We may still retain order and payment records where the law or a dispute requires it.

Your choices

You can browse without an account. Location is optional until you want an estimate or you check out. If you message us on WhatsApp, that chat is also governed by WhatsApp’s own terms. We are not responsible for how WhatsApp stores those messages.
